At a glance: The developer does not require an account, collect your name, or request precise GPS location. Certain technical, advertising, consent, and usage data may be processed by service providers described below.
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Android application Murder Games, also
distributed under the title Murder: To Kill Or Not to Kill, with package
identifier com.alinadev.murder.game. The app is published by
AlinaDev.inc (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
This policy covers the four games included in the app, the game-selection hub, advertising, consent management, remote configuration, optional analytics, sharing, and Google Play review features.
Information that may be processed
Information stored on your device
Game progress, unlocked content, scores, settings, sound preferences, and similar gameplay information may be stored locally on your device using app storage or browser-style local storage. This information is not used to create a public profile.
Technical and diagnostic information
Service providers may process technical information such as device model, operating-system version, app version, language, screen size, network type, crash or performance information, and interaction events. This helps deliver the app, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and improve performance.
Advertising information
When advertising is enabled, Google AdMob and its advertising partners may process advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from network information, ad impressions, clicks, app interactions, and diagnostic data. The exact processing depends on your region, device settings, consent choices, and the ad-serving mode available to the app.
Consent information
Google’s User Messaging Platform may store and process your privacy choices, including whether personalized advertising or related storage is permitted, when required by law.
Information we do not request directly
- No account registration, username, or password.
- No direct collection of your name, postal address, phone number, or contacts.
- No request for precise GPS location.
- No access to your photos, microphone, camera, SMS, or call logs for core gameplay.

Information may be used to:
- Run the games and remember local progress and settings.
- Load app configuration and remotely enable or disable features.
- Display, measure, limit, and secure advertising.
- Respect consent choices and applicable privacy requirements.
- Understand aggregated usage and improve stability and gameplay.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, tampering, and invalid advertising activity.

We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising and analytics providers may process or share information according to their own policies, your consent choices, and applicable law.
Third-party services
Google AdMob and UMP
AdMob provides App Open, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements. Google UMP manages privacy messages and consent choices where required. Google and participating ad partners may process device, advertising, interaction, network, approximate-location, and diagnostic information.
Google Privacy PolicyFirebase Remote Config
Firebase Remote Config delivers configuration values such as feature switches and advertising settings. Firebase may use an installation identifier and technical information to return the correct configuration to an app installation.
Firebase Privacy and SecurityHistats
When enabled, Histats is used for optional audience measurement and usage analytics. It may process information about app screens or virtual pages viewed, navigation paths, interaction timing, browser or WebView characteristics, device and technical information, and a pseudonymous or unique visitor identifier used to distinguish visits. Histats may also receive the devices IP address when its analytics resources are requested and may use network information to derive approximate geographic information such as country or city. Histats states that its analytics results are aggregated and that IP addresses and identifiers used for statistical measurement are anonymized or pseudonymized in its systems. We do not send Histats your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise GPS location, or gameplay content. Histats analytics can be disabled remotely by us. When disabled, the Histats analytics script is not loaded and no Histats analytics traffic is initiated by the app. You can disable or re-enable optional usage analytics at any time from the Privacy controls inside the app. When analytics is disabled, the Histats analytics script is not loaded and no Histats analytics traffic is initiated by the app.
Histats Privacy PolicyGoogle Play services
The app may use Google Play’s in-app review flow and related platform services. Reviews are submitted to Google Play, not stored by us. Sharing is initiated by you through Android’s system share sheet and is handled by the destination app you choose.
Google Privacy PolicyYour choices and controls
- Privacy options: When required, the app provides a Privacy Options entry point that lets you review or change advertising consent choices through Google UMP.
- Device advertising settings: You can manage or reset advertising settings through your Android or Google settings, subject to the options available on your device.
- Rewarded ads: Rewarded advertising is optional. You choose whether to watch an ad in exchange for an in-game benefit.
- Local data: You can remove locally stored game progress and settings by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app.
- Sharing: Nothing is shared through the Android share sheet unless you actively choose a destination and confirm the share.
Data retention, transfers, and security
Local gameplay data remains on your device until it is cleared, overwritten, or the app is uninstalled. Third-party providers retain information according to their own policies, legal obligations, fraud-prevention needs, and service requirements.
Service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. We use established providers and take reasonable steps to limit processing to what is needed for the functions described in this policy. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children’s privacy
The app does not require an account and does not knowingly request a child’s name, email address, phone number, contacts, or precise location. Advertising and consent behavior may vary based on applicable law, region, Google Play settings, and the audience configuration used for the app.
A parent or guardian who believes that a child has provided personal information directly to us may contact us using the details below. We will review the request and take appropriate action.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent for certain personal-data processing.
Because we do not operate user accounts and most gameplay information is stored locally, we may not be able to identify data belonging to a particular person. You can clear local app data directly on your device. For data controlled by a third-party provider, you may also need to contact that provider or use its privacy controls.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, service providers, legal requirements, or data practices change. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or through the store listing when appropriate.
